Notifications
Mobile notifications are the best way to stay up-to-the-minute on all important business. Now, you’ll get mobile notifications every time a task is updated, and whenever you receive new messages in Liscio. With FirmDash, nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

 

Messaging
Sometimes urgent business can’t wait until you’re back at your desk. Sending messages in real time minimizes response times and gets you and your clients communicating at the speed of a live conversation. Responsiveness is a cornerstone of the modern client experience. Your tech-savvy clients will expect it and appreciate it.

 

Task Creation + Management
Start new tasks and keep track of current ones, all from your phone! FirmDash lets you Request Information, manage To Dos, and track open tasks for the firm, all on the go.

 

Account + Contact Info
Quickly get up to speed on any client with Account and Contact Profile overviews in FirmDash. Access relationships, tasks, messages, and files on your phone from anywhere.

 

File Access

Many of you have been asking for a firm-side mobile app for months, and we thank you for being patient. The release of FirmDash is a big milestone for us, as we’re now a completely mobile platform for all. We hope you enjoy using Liscio on the go! Oh wait…there’s more!

Here are some additional new features for March 2019:

Client Service Team Max Increased to 5
Three just wasn’t enough, so we bumped the maximum number of Client Service Team members to five per Account! From Account Overview, click the plus sign to add up to five employees to the Client Service Team!

 

Multi-Firm Login Via Mobile App
If your clients use Liscio with multiple firms, they can now use the Mobile App to log into all of their Liscio accounts using the same username and password. Upon logging in, Liscio will ask which workspace they’d like to log in to.

 

Bulk Archiving Messages + Tasks
This will definitely help eliminate some busywork. You can now select multiple messages in your Inbox and Tasks pages to archive multiple items at a time. Fewer clicks is always a good thing.

 

Searching + Filtering Messages
Use the search bar at the top of the Inbox page to find a keyword in your messages. Quickly filter the messages in your Inbox by recipient, date, or attachment (if applicable).

 

Liscio Live Chat
If you’ve been to our website recently (liscio.me), you probably noticed the addition of a new Live Chat box. Liscio Live Chat is a great place to get your questions answered quickly, and to connect with our Customer Success Team. If you use it during our office hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Eastern Time) you can expect someone from the Customer Success Team to respond within five minutes (it usually takes about a minute). Better than email if you need answers ASAP.
