Introducing Task Templates & eDoc Templates
As we move closer to busier season, your team is likely sending the same requests to clients over and over again. To save time and clicks and to maintain consistency and professionalism for your firm, the Liscio dev team has released Task Templates AND eDoc Templates.
In order to help you get the most out of the new features, check out the feature details below! As always, if you would like to see how these features can benefit your firm or your clients, the Liscio Success Team is here to help!
Who can create and edit templates? How are templates created?
Firm Admins are the only users who can create, edit, and remove templates. These time-saving features can be found by clicking on the ellipsis in the bottom-left corner > Admin > Templates.
To create a Task or eDoc Template, click +Template in the upper-right corner. Task Templates can have numbered and bulleted lists, attachments, and hyperlinks.
Enter the subject line and description of the Template (you can copy & paste this from a Word document or a Google doc if you have one already created). To attach documents to the Task, you can choose to drag & drop from your computer, browse to files on your computer, or upload an existing document in Liscio by selecting ‘Liscio Vault’.
How are Task Templates used?
When creating a task, choose the Recipient and the Account that the task will be assigned to.
To use a Task Template, click the Subject Line and choose a template from the dropdown list that pops up.
