What does "unlimited files, subject to fair use" mean?
Every plan includes generous usage for normal firm operations. Very high document volume on a single seat may fall under fair-use terms, which we'll always discuss with you directly before anything changes.
How do bundles work?
Buy organizers and deliveries ahead of tax season and pay less for each one. Organizers and deliveries count together toward your tier, so your combined total sets the price for every one. For example, 300 organizers plus 300 deliveries is 600 combined, which lands in the 500 to 999 tier at $4.50 each, for a total of $2,700.
What if I don't prepurchase?
You can send organizers and deliveries any time without a bundle. Each one is $7.
Do I need a plan to buy bundles?
Yes. Bundles require at least one Liscio Platform seat.
Can I add a firm website?
Yes. A polished, hosted firm website is $29 per month and can be added to any plan.
Do you have plans for larger firms?
